I called before going they said they had my meds ready, i get there on my lunch break and they are not ready!!! Talking about pull around like 3 times to the end of the line and should be ready then i did this 2 times by the third i was done i stood in the drive thru just for them to say it’s still not ready to come back in a couple hours, what kinda shyt is this not professional at all!!! Makes me waste my lunch break like 40 min here for nothing!!!!

If you are looking for the convenience of a drive-thru pharmacy, this is not your spot. Drive-thru is rarely open....very frustrating!? Think I'll give Walgreens a try.

There is nothing quick or convenient about this pharmacy. Their drive-thru is never open and the line inside is always four people deep. Be prepared to spend 20 minutes waiting in line.

Very much hit and miss at this pharmacy depending on who is working, some of the people are great and helpful. Then there is the one lady. With her I have had a few issues. One time I got told that I have to let them know if I am going to be prescribed something new OHH KAYY i dont know how I will know if doctor is putting me on something new but ok I will let you know. Then another time I called in a prescription on a Sunday, after I hadnt heard anything for 3 days i called and was told they cancelled that order even though I was given a day for pickup. No explanation why. Another time doctor put me on a new medication, after waiting for a week I went in and was told by the one lady that they are out of it and dont know when it will be back if ever, I asked if they can transfer the prescription to another pharmacy and was told its not their job, ok maybe its not but could be helpful to me needing my diabetic medication. Final staw was called in a prescription was given a specific day and time for pickup, went and they said it hasnt come in yet but will that afternoon. Went next day, nothing. Got a phone call that my prescription was ready, went in next day was told it wasnt in but would be that afternoon. Anyways went through this for a week, when someone found my prescription. When I was voicing my displeasure the "friendly" lady made sure to tell me they are busy. Seems my insulin is pretty important. That was straw that broke camels back, so I switched pharmacies.On other hand some workers are very friendly and helpful. The lady that gives the shots for flu and shingles was great and the person that took the time to figure out my Insulin and to actually call me, i give kudos too.So it is an ok pharmacy depending on who you get

The ladies working the window are very rude every time we come to get our prescriptions especially Deb R. She’s very rude and so hard to deal with! Seriously considering changing pharmacy’s because my family and myself are just over having to deal with her.

Always issues and they have a monopoly in the county. Never know what they will do next to prevent you from getting your prescriptions.

Doctor called in a prescription on Thursday, but I didn't hear anything. Called on Monday to be told they weren't sure which pharmacy I would pick it up at, so they just let it sit in limbo.

They never have my prescriptions ready to pick up even though they were called in the day before and had 24 hours to fill them and get it done. The lady at the counter then proceeded to tell me it was my fault that they were busy. Time to find a new pharmacy and I dont recommend anyone to use hyvee pharmacy in storm lake iowa.

One of the pharmacy workers rolled her eyes at me when I walked past the lady and I’ve seen for myself that one employee in specific was so passive aggressive and racist to one of the customers.
