Worst experienced, the tax lady did my taxes in a rush and then she sent them to the wrong account, costumer service refused to help me and they said they would not just switched it over so they sent a check i informed it that the lady that did my taxes didn’t put the wrong address that doesn’t exist and they still sent it that same day that i told them that it was not my address i was supposed to get my taxes and still haven’t gotten anything they then said i had to change my account and that they were going to send a paper that i could fill out so they can put my money there this is 3 weeks after i tried getting them in my account the first time. I called the lady at the location multiple times and she had an excuse each time that she was late for lunch and couldn’t help me when in the beginning she had another guy check my papers and according to him all my documentation wasn’t there and when i checked and told help everything was there she started doing them in a rush thats why she messed everything up from the start. As an agency is sad how unprofessional this company is! I asked for a refund back because i have never paid so much money to do my taxes and they have never screwed them up this bad! account the first time
