I really don't know what is going on with this store anymore. We used to really enjoy shopping here but have had issues probably the last 4 times from employees rather looking at phones, or ad items being out within 20 minutes of store opening, or prices being entirely different than what ad says and no one knows how to fix it. Or todays experience. Cart full of groceries and the cashier asked if we needed help out with it. I asked if they no longer take it out for us and she said "No". In the last week we have been at Fareways in other towns and our experience was like we always had at Fareway for years so it just seems this is a Storm lake Fareway thing.

Great Store. All the personnel are friendly and willing to help. Meat Department seems to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
