My spouse had a car through them and the engine blew. They state at the beginning that if car brakes down they stand behind it. Well they did not. We paid off the car but they refused to stand behind their policy.

Horrible customer service. I simply asked what do you have available and could not get an answer. Only wanted me to come to the lot and see for myself. If your customer service is bad then I'd assume your products are bad.

In the last 2 years I have bought 3 vehicles from cyclone car credit in storm lake. I have never been more pleased. I have had one or two times where I've had to do payment adjustments and they worked with me. There staff is AMAZING. They have amazing cusomer servixe. Always happy and cheerful and willing to help you find the right car for you. A couple have had to go into the shop but I am one who is more than willing to fix my vehicles when it's needed. My payments were great and affordable. I can't wait to trade my car in for something bigger and newer. I drive my vehicle EVERYWHERE so normal wear and tear is obvious. If you need something good on has they will find the right fit for you. I have recommended a few people and they have all gotten vehicles from cyclone and love them.

This place is a joke. They fired their manager who was excellent after 3 years of being manager because they claimed "she didn't have enough management experience". I will never go there again to buy another car!
