“From the very beginning upon reaching out to Edwards Storm Lake, they did a great job. I inquired about a 2024 GMC Acadia AT4 in transit per the GMC build website. I reached out and Caleb contacted me right away in the morning. This was the closets dealership (3 hrs away, one way) i could find with an AT4 optioned the way we wanted it that wasn't spoken for. We worked remotely with a lot of communication on trying to make deal on trading in my 2017 Acadia Denali in on the new AT4, which eventually we did make. Upon arrival, i was greeted at the door. Caleb got right now to it and was ready to go. He also walked me through a lot of new features of this vehicles system. As we walked around, Caleb pointed out before i did all the water spots on the rear hatch. I didn't say anything and he had the detail shop back out there, making sure the car was spotless for my delivery. Fuel tank was full for my 3 hr trip back home. Extremely pleased with the service they provided. One of my top 3 experiences at a dealership as I have purchased many GM vehicles at different dealerships over the years. “Very knowledgeable about trailers and hitches. I purchased the B &W stow and go hitch. Really nice hitch. Also, it is American made...not China. In addition I have towytector rock guard and thus hitch works with it. The guys at North Truck Lake are great. Robert”
