First unit was flooded. We observed that nearby units were flooded to causing damage to wood stored, rusting, or boxes or papers getting wet. If your unit runs electricity, this could be a safety hazard as electricity and a flooded unit are dangerous. Too many rules. Including getting in trouble for parking vehicles in front of storage unit. This is not an isolated incident. This flooding affects most of the storage units in Spirit Lake since the storage unit is poorly designed. I am making this statement in hopes that the owners fix the problem rather than ignore and that other storage units renters are aware that their property can potentially be damaged and moldy, especially if they have valuables.

Storage for a reasonable price

The staff were very friendly the rates were reasonable. I was able to get in and rent a spot to store my camper with very little notice just some paperwork and we're good to go.
