Made and appointment to have back axel seals replaced on a 2017 f150. Got to appointment and after 45 min I’m told my seals were leaking but it will be the next day before we can fix it because we don’t order the parts until we look at it ourselves. Wasted my day and drove 40 miles round trip for nothing. I used to get service there all the time. Now I see why I watched everyone up front sitting around doing nothing. Last time I visit that business.

I had my Ford pickup serviced here on Wednesday the 11 of November 2023. I was getting " the works" service which includes tire rotation. I told Phil he didn't need to rotate the tires but the pressures were wrong and needed to be checked and air added. After getting my truck back and driving home I noticed the pressure in the tires were the same . I called him and asked why they didn't do it. His answer was to drive 18 miles back to the shop and he would have it done. I asked for a coupon to satisfy my complaint and he said no and he was ok with losing a customer. Bad business!!In response to their response. No one contacted me ever. Part of the service is checking the air in the tires. After telling the service manager the pressures were not checked the only the thing he offered was for me to drive back to Motor Inn and they would do it. Bottom line, they should have done it without me telling them or coming back. To actually lie about it confirms I will never do business with them again!

Horrible experience. Took Jeep in while on vacation in the lakes area after I self-diagnosed a glow plug out of the diesel. They scheduled me in. Didn't have the part. They couldn't get me back in while I was on vacation there. Sent me a diagnostic bill for not doing the repair. Never mentioned there would be a bill when I went in or left that day, never asked them to diagnose it. Then charged me (illegal) 30% interest on the unpaid bill. Tried to be fair with them and they refused to do the right thing.

There is nothing I hate more than buying a vehicle, maybe it was because of past bad experiences but let me tell you this, dealing with Motor Inn of Spirit Lake was an absolute pleasure!!!! Spencer was great! No nonsense, straight to the point, kept me updated on everything through the process. Spencer and Cathy are top notch. I traveled from NJ to their dealership in Iowa! And I’d do it again if I need another Jeep in the future. If you are looking for a beautiful jeep this is the place that’s worth traveling half way across the country to make a purchase!!!!

Got a great deal on our new Wrangler, so good that is was worth making a 4+ hour drive to pick it up. They even applied an additional rebate that became effective the day we picked it up. The very friendly staff were a pleasure to work with.

Truly an amazing experience. Placed an order with Spencer 15 weeks ago. He kept me up to speed with ETAs and answered any questions I had along the way within the hour. A great experience! We purchased a new 2022 Wrangler Rubicon from Motor Inn of Spirit Lake. I worked with Spencer, Cathy and Jack and they made everything super easy. We live in Colorado and we saved thousands buying from Spirit Lake. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Jeep.

Spencer and team could not be more accommodating. I ordered a Ram and drove 3.5 hours from Omaha because I had heard how great they were and were willing to make a deal better than anyone in my area. Worth every minute of the drive up. The truck took 5 months to come in but Spencer kept me up to date and his team was incredibly prepared for me to arrive. I literally spent 45 min in the office total and we were on the road home. Truck was spotless upon arrival. Thank you all!

My fiancée and I enjoyed our experience with Motor Inn. From the ordering process to signing papers and receiving the Jeep. Motor Inn made it as easy and quick as possible. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 min driving home our brand new Jeep. I found Motor Inn of Spirit Lake through an online forum dedicated to Jeep's. They were highly recommended and I was excited to do business with them.I contacted Spencer at the dealership via email in October 2021 and let him know I was interested in custom ordering a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Diesel. The whole buying process was excellent and I walked away feeling like I got the best deal possible. I was so happy to do business with them that I flew from Denver, CO, one way, to pickup my Jeep and complete the sale. Spencer not only had everything ready upon my arrival, but also arranged for transportation for me from the closest airport.If I could give them higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would. It should speak volumes that people are willing to fly or drive from other states just to purchase a vehicle from their dealership. Highly recommend!
