I'm so disappointed with the care I received from the Dr. I came in via ambulance with left sided weakness and confusion. History of strokes. I was in the emergency room for over 6 hours. The time frame for clot busters is 4. By the time the dr saw me, he only said 'your scan is fine so you can go home.' No answers at all. Rude and not thorough at all.

All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Groom is an excellent physician. Clean facility and a great place for all of my healthcare needs!

I have been going for 5 years with the same Dr, Dr Olsen, they have always treated me quickly, I do not complain, in Puerto Rico one has to wait 10 hours for a doctor to see you, and in emergencies up to 20 hours, and here they complain for 10 and 15 minutes, is this a joke?

Had an appointment few weeks ago, doctor didn’t take my problem serious, just sent home with some general information . Had to schedule with another doctor in another city! Highly disappointed

My kid had mono severe. Staff was amazing. Recovery was good. Intervention strategy was well communicated. 5 star for sure.

Waited in the ER waiting room for 2 hours without getting helped, left because pain was extremely painful.

I was so impressed and thankful for the great EMT's that took me to the hospital.From the time I arrived at the ER until 5 days later I had the BEST care from the Dr's, Nurses, CNA's, respiratory and lab folks, the dietary staff, the Social worker and the Chaplain. I felt sure I was getting great medical care and all were they were all doing all they could to aid in my recovery. I am home and doing much better. Thank you to all!.

Only getting the 1 star bcuz I have to. Their ambulance service and ER service are absolutely pathetic. 5 star? How? The ambulance sat in my parking lot for 15 minutes just talking to one another and the nurse at the hospital was very very rude.

Emergency room extremely slow they don't care what is wrong with you they do not evaluate you as a severity of your problem and make you wait regardless 10 minutes to get to the waiting room 15 minutes to get to triage to be evaluated even though you may have had a heart attack or a stroke they still make you wait 2 hours plus to get in

We were extremely pleased with my husband's stay, from the ER to inpatient care. Everyone was extremely attentive and could not have been nicer! He was immediately checked into the ER where the staff took action quicker than any hospital we have ever been to. Being from a larger city, we didn't know what to expect... The hospital and staff exceeded our expectations!!

We went and got our son's check up done and had to go sit in a waiting room with a child that had RSV and elderly people for an obnoxiously amount of time
