The owner, Tom is the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. This is difficult to write because it is, in fact, my rudest review to date and I don't like to leave these kinds of reviews but it needs to be said.Right when I walked in the door I was met with a stern "you need to wait outside!". I understand that's their policy, to have only one customer in the store at any given time, but he could have been better about telling me that.Once I got into the store I realized that he has signs saying he can't scan Amazon QR codes and as I was apologizing for not realizing that he abruptly cut me off and said "NO! WE DON'T PRINT THOSE LABELS OFF FOR PEOPLE! Followed by "I didn't know so many people didn't know how to read". That's just uncalled for. He also said that the unopened 5 gallon bucket of sealant we were trying to send back to Amazon was hazardous material and he couldn't handle it anyway which was 100% false. He gave us nothing but excuses of why he didn't want our business and absolutely no solutions on how we could get this shipped.This was my second time dealing with this man and it's also the last. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time we had a negative interaction. After the second time, you've lost my business for life. That's just uncalled for. I'll make it my duty to drive to Sioux Falls if I have to ship something I can't do locally, just to avoid interacting with this man ever again.Please heed my warning and don't let this guy ruin your day like he did ours. Now I've had to waste more of my day having to write this sorry review and warn others before they make the same mistake we did.

If I could give a negative star here, I would give -50. Tom (surprisingly he said he owned the store), was extremely rude and obnoxious to say the least. I understand people have bad days, I understand people exaggerate, but when I say this was truly an unhappy individual who need never work with the public let alone represent UPS in any way, this is an understatement of the year. No one of this nature should work with the public. I'll never be back, I highly recommend going elsewhere but to this store - I can't stress that enough. This wasn't a bad day, this was a man who should be shut down and retire, you almost have to see it for yourself to believe this behavior, I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary. Buyer beware here. (Update) your attitude is a reflection of your business, according to several reviews on here it's your rudeness that is your downfall, instead of attacking the customer reviews you don't agree with, maybe use reviewsas a tool to be a better business owner. Reading some of your replies to customers, I don't see you apologizing and trying to turn it into a positive experience, I see you blaming the customer and making excuses and accusations. Kudos to you for being the business owner, because I'm sure you would have been fired for treating some of your customers like you do. Instead of feeling personally attacked, view feedback as a learning tool and a chance to turn it into a positive. Good luck to you.

Went into mail a package to Amazon and asked the "gentleman " if they do pick-ups for Amazon he "sharply said "No" which in my my opinion was a rude tone. Intended to purchase some shipping envelopes as well. Upon entering was met with loud barking dogs...love dogs but not the reception one would expect at a business. I moved here from Des Moines and you wouldn't expect this behavior from a small town business...but oh well what do you do. Won't be back which is unfortunate.

I shipped a package out last week that was quite heavy and quite valuable. My buddy and I both asked that there be stickers placed on the box that stated which side was up. We were told, and I quote "There's no guarantee that it'll stay that way". Well needless to say there were no stickers placed on the box, nor any indication of which side was up, and the package was dropped on end and also delivered on end. The item inside is now damaged and a replacement piece is not available as an option. I called Kapco and asked why there weren't any stickers stating which side was up and the response was, and I quote "I don't have those and I didn't say I would put those on, come on". So here I am left paying for some sort of repair or possibly losing a lot of money resolving this manner in another fashion. I will never recommend anyone to come to this establishment for their shipping needs. Be weary because this guy is not respectful. He was yelling at me on the phone while I was completely calm and just asking for him to admit his fault. If I could give 0 stars for my review then I would. I'll take my shipping needs elsewhere.

We have been routinely using this shipping service for rented school textbooks and returns to Amazon for quite some time. We have never had a poor experience in fact, we have always been in and out very quickly with our shipping needs being met efficiently and professionally. The puppies that watch from the stairwell are a welcoming touch. I would recommend this shipping service to anyone in need.
