We highly recommend Jill Longest for all of your real estate needs--and we have already done so! Our renovated Victorian home was for sale for almost 2 years with two different realtor agencies. When those contracts expired, Jill was the ONLY realtor to contact us out of state, asking if she could market our home. We agreed, and from that moment, how quickly things changed. Our listing photos were marvelous. Showing requests were made. Within 18 days of listing, we had an purchase contract offer. Jill did an outstanding job of marketing, networking and finalizing the contract work. While we were still out of state, Jill managed all the detail work, communication and follow through. On arrival for closing, Jill made that process as smoothly and professionally as possible. We thank Jill for everything she did for us!
