We purchased a hot tub in April of 2022. Within a week a cushion broke. We called immediately to have someone come look at it. We had to call 3 more times and stopped in the store 2 times asking if someone could come to remove the broken cushion. However, no one came to remove the broken cushion until late July. At that point they told us a new cushion would be reinstalled within a few weeksWe stopped at the store about 6 weeks ago to check on the status of the replacement cushion We were told it was in and someone would be out to replace it. We have now called 3 times and stopped at the store, but still no cushion. We are incredibly disappointed in the customer service.

John made the entire process so simple and easy for us and because he was so knowledgeable he was able to make us feel comfortable making a purchase that day. He was easy to follow when educating us on the product and that was huge for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience.

Hot Spring Spas was so great to work with! Having never owned a hot tub before, we were given great guidance and advice that made us very comfortable with our purchase. They were so easy with communication throughout the whole process! Even the delivery and set up team were fantastic! We ordered a Flair hot tub at the Clay County Fair from Greg (Clive store). He was a good salesman and made sure we were taken care of. We absolutely love our hot tub! Our whole family uses and enjoys it. Dick (AP store) delivered our hot tub and has been so helpful. I have had many questions about the chemicals and he has answered them all. I am happy with the service after the sale. We've had a good experience working with the Hot Springs guys. Thank you!
