Stopped in to see if my Fenwick was under any warranty, the staff helped me and were able to resolve a factory defecty pole had and replaced it on the spot. To be honest this store is dangerous for any fisherman. I say this because it was hard to walk out without going bankrupt from buying the storeout!!!! Soo many great deals and prices!!!

Great product at a great price. It loses a star because of the packaging on my latest purchase of a Fenwick HMG casting rod. Recieved it in a cheesy thin box, open at both ends, taped together in the middle and had a bent guide where the box was flexing. The cheaper Abu Garcia rod I recieved previously came in a nice rigid tube and packaged very well.
