Customer service is top-notch. Alterations are done in-house and quickly. If a piece needs to be exchanged, overnight shipping is used with one of the owners often going to Spencer to the UPS office to pick up and hand deliver the piece. To save the customers time, clothing racks are often placed at the site of the prom, wedding, event, etc., and tuxes can be returned on site. Steve will go pick them up the Monday following the event. I would hope highly recommend shopping for tuxes at Evans Clothing.

I recently got a tux here for a wedding and the entire time the owner acted like a complete jerk. He was very sarcastic and demeaning. After talking to some other people/family members who has also gotten their garments there, I found out he had been rude to every single person. I don't know what his problem is, but if he treats his customers like that, then I have absolutely no idea why he's in this business. I'll never go there again, and I would definitely recommend that others stay far away as well.
