A great experience in store with Ashley and installation with Dennis Jurgens. Ashley spent time with us to find the perfect back splash.Dennis installed the back splash. I picked out a difficult tile that had many pieces to it. Dennis did an amazing job. He is very good at what he does!

Tom Emrich in Spirit Lake did a wonderful job putting this project together for us, on time, on estimate. Greg Neff of Ames and Rico did an amazing job on the 100 year old Douglas Fir floors (~ 1000 SF), 2 1/2 days of sanding & screening (no dust from the process anywhere), 1 1/2 days applying 2 coats of oil-based polyurethane, 2 days of curing. We purchased flooring for our entire main level including carpet, LVP and grouted tile. Kent provides outstanding customer service. He knows the products, makes excellent recommendations and suggestions and is attentive to details. Carpet One has a broad offering of products and is cost competitive. Their carpet installation team is fast, friendly, professional and pays excellent attention to detail. Their grouted tile and LVP installer is friendly but cuts corners, makes multiple installation errors, is incredibly inefficient and has no problem leaving your floor installation incomplete. These installation issues have been confirmed by Kent. We will not allow this installer in our home again. Finally, not having adequate materials to complete the LVP installation in a single visit is inexcusable and has resulted in a protracted period of incomplete work. Our 2 star rating is driven by the installation issues identified.
