We do not have a UPS store so if you need to send anything that you can't put in a drop box you are at their mercy as they are only open an hour and a half in the morning and an hour and a half late afternoon. NOT very convenient.

A little hard to find and know which door to use when it is dark. If you needed to pay for shipping because you didn't have a label, you waited in line for a considerable amount of time. No waiting if you paid online and printed your label at home.

UPS overall is an excellent shipping company, BUT you can't ship anything from the Spencer, Iowa store until AFTER 4:30 PM.They don't even open till 4:30 PM, no idea how long they are open.
