People For Pets is a no-kill shelter founded over 20 years ago. It is a wonderful, well-run, and successful rescue that does so much good for the animals and the community. The organization is caring and down to earth, treating the animals as if they are their own. It is clear they love all the pets in their care. The shelter works to find every animal its forever home. The adoption process is described as simple, smooth, and quick. The staff and volunteers are nice, honest, and great. They are understanding and helpful, going out of their way to assist adopters and ensure the animals' well-being, even after adoption. Animals remain in their care until a home is found, providing a safe and healthy environment. The shelter gives hope that everyone can work together for the animals.

Adopted two cats, you can really tell they work super hard for these animals to place them in good caring homes. I had a really great experience and would even look into fostering or keeping out. These people really care 💕

People For Pets caring, down to earth. The process was simple and my new best friend was ready to go. But I think she misses them!
