Had an order sent in around 11am. Went there to pick it up at 4pm. Was told it wasn’t ready, but would be in 30 min. Went back at 5:15 pm still was not ready. Had to wait another 20-30 min. Then the lady filling orders was rude and made a comment saying she will get to it when she’s gets to it. I understand your busy and short staffed but if you’re that short staffed maybe let people know to just come get their order the next day. Or don’t accept prescription orders. I would have gladly went somewhere else to get it filled.

Staff here was great. Had a issue with a refill. They where able to get through it and get me on my way. Really impressed by how staff handles certain situations, I was feeling a bit rough and little edgy, staff with a smile finished my order. I felt they know how to work with public. Thank you

Slow service, if you get a prescription called in at 11am by 4pm still not ready. If you wait while they fill it, you will be waiting for a while. They make everything so difficult. It's a prescription, just fill it

I called to get an appointment for a flu shot. Mam you don't need an appointment we have walk ins. Drive there today when I had some time to get the shot. Talking to person there “ I came for a flu shot 1:30 pm . Oh we are not giving them now you can come back at 3:30 PM . I said I called yesterday about setting up an appointment but they told me I could just walk in. I can't go back at 3:30 PM . Really stupid don't tell me it's just walk ins then!!!!!!!! Really not happy with Hyvee pharmacy!

went in for my covid vaccine today, the (what seemed like) head pharmacist was wearing her mask incorrectly (as in one loop over her ear) and was talking very closely with the customers. extremely unsafe and inconsiderate right now and really disappointed.

Gayle and I were at the Spirit Lake Cabin last week. As our drive from Ames took us into Spencer, this Hy-Vee was a convenient place to buy groceries for our stay. This Hy-Vee is huge by small town standards, so learning the grocery store takes a bit more time here. We found everything we needed, but it did take a little more time to figure it all out. I like that Hy-Vee Liquors is attached to the main store and that the wine and beer selection is really good. In hindsight, we over shopped, maybe because we were hungry after a long drive. Our cart did include a bag of chips which were reasonable priced. Check-out was chatty and efficient, and soon we were on our way. Touch up shopping would be done later at the Spirit Lake Hy-Vee.
