There was no office at the location ..all there was was a be drop box....luckily my box to return actually fit in their recepticle...

I ordered 3 things 2 of those things arrived at the correct address the one that did not was left by a garage because there was no apartment number supposedly but the other 2 were delivered just fine. I will never trust them with another package again.All packages were supposed to be delivered on the same day.
