Bought a cell phone charger and cord at 12:30 pm, they did not work and went back to the store at 4:30 and they would not give a refund for purchase even though I had the receipt. Said I needed to come back on Monday when the manage was there, well I am from out of town and it would be very inconvenient to come back. Would not call the manage to clear up the problem.This is terrible customer service and I will not give the Brew anymore business and will tell people it is not a customer friendly place.

I used to go to Dynos (#53) n Sibley Iowa 3-4 times a day but since the new general manager (Mellory Porterfield), and assistant manager (Elizabeth Tinoco) I have stopped pretty much all together. They are as rude as anyone I have ever seen in a customer service job. I've asked questions and the only response I've gotten is them rolling their eyes or just straight up ignoring me. They gossip so much that it's given me a bad name around town. Which by the way is slander and could and should be a court case. She came in the store with about a week ago with her mom and her mom was yelling at the cashier while Mallory just watched and listened rather than stopping it. Not good management skills. Mallory needs to be terminated along with the other one. The other one might be okay without Mallory but Mallory is definitely bad for that store.
