The service department went above and beyond my expectations today getting my car fixed when I had no appointment! I had no worries about the car being fixed but if it wasn’t fixed my son was going to have to drive a hundred miles round trip in the coming storm and I can’t thank Jeremy enough for taking care of me and relieving me of that stress Thanks again!!!??I think his name is Jami not Jeremy, thanks again guys

Took my truck here to have it scanned as I was told it was a speed sensor. Well after they looked at it they told me that's what it was. Very good place they got me in the same week I called even.

I bought a truck from them the first of the month (feb) i couldnt pick it up right away due to the fact it needed to be detailed and it had to be sent someplace else because they fired the detail guy they had for ten yrs. Anyway when i picked up my truck 3days later and took it home i then realized the truck was still dirty. The windows were all smeared when the sun it them, couldnt see very good when a car passed you at night due to being dirt, the cup holders still had food or pop or something still around the bottoms and edges of them, and there was still food inbetween the front seats. I was very disappointed with the way the truck looked. When i went back later that day and said something about it. They said well its one of the better jobs so far. And that was it..I purchased my truck i traded in for this one from them also and it was very clean inside and out. The detailer they sent it too i heard charges 300 to detail them and does a crappy job at is only in the long run going to lose them money cuz honestly who wants to by a new car that isnt clean... i personally think they should have gave it more thought before they fired the detail guy that did his and did it right with no complaints...

We had a GREAT experience at D.P.F-L. Zac Gathman was the BEST salesman!!! Kind, helpful, and covered EVERY detail to help us with our new vehicle. He went ABOVE and BEYOND and he knew what he was doing. He answered our questions well and went the extra mile to be sure we were well taken care of. Zac gets 5 stars in our book! If you are ever needing someone to help you purchase a vehicle ask for this salesman! He truly is the BEST with great knowledge who truly cares about his customers! We will be back when we need another vehicle and work with Zac again! The gal that helped us as well was awesome too! She was quick and amazing and KNEW HER STUFF as well. They have a great team at this dealership! What a fabulous experience for us! Way to go Don Pierson Ford-Lincoln! We are happy!
