Ordered one large cheese pizza and it was never delivered, ETA just kept on going up. Would not recommend.

For some reason they NEVER have breakfast pizza in the morning. (5:30am) but the other 2 Casey’s do. But I do enjoy seeing the cook outside smoking.

We use to get pizza to go then about 1 year ago as soon as we call they answer the phone by saying Casey's if you want a pizza to a 2 hour wait , we haven't been back about 8 month

7:15 am. No breakfast food. All the coolers are half empty. Nothing to drink. Sure glad I wasted my time coming here.

Do not order pizza here. Taco pizza delivered with no lettuce and no chips. When I called to complain, got excuses. Requested my money back and training for staff.

This store is always dirty. The staff (except for the females) is unfriendly and some of the guys often scratch themselves and sneeze/cough while ringing us up! This is one of the worst places to go but it is so close to our work. Most days I dread who will be ringing me up at the register. Also, they are always out of stock with many beverages but that might be because of Covid. Bathrooms are never cleaned either. PLEASE hear the cry of the customers.. .this place needs new management!

Just went to this location to grab some pizza. During my time here, I saw over 6 individuals walk into the store with no masks. There is a sign on the store, that can be read from the outside, that states masks are required. Neither employee working at the time requested any customers to put on a mask. My sister and I had come to Casey’s after my grandmas funeral. It was extremely offensive to see this location not following Covid-19 guidelines when this was the cause for my Grandmother’s death. I will be contacting corporate.

New workers at the cash register have such an attitude and never welcome you in the store. The older guy that has the night shifts got nasty at me over a lottery card. I said lotto and he yelled at me twice saying which one. Well it’s lotto America but I wouldn’t know that because it’s for my dad as a gift. Funny thing is he never even checked my ID. I am 22 though. Also the worst experience I had was with the younger gentlemen that gets mad when you use the coins in the holder for the 5 cent deposit for the free soda in the Casey’s rewards. He said “sorry I can’t help ya.” So I had to use my debit card for the 5 cent deposit. I’m pretty sure the owner in Okoboji that owns all these Casey’s and is a MILLIONARE wouldn’t mind if your short 5 cents in the register. Way to treat the customer that way. Keep treating the customers this way and kwik star will just take over you all. I’ve never had a problem with them.
