I'm, a contract carrier, picked up a piece of machinery here. Both door latches on my w900 kenworth failed. Neither door would open. Went in to see if they would help me get in my truck. And help they did, within 20 minutes they had a door open. The store manager treated me like a life long customer.You just don't find people and service like that often.
