Derek is awesome!! He took an hour and a half to help us set up our phone and told us what to do when the other one comes. This store is super friendly and fun!! I would recommend this Verizon retailer to anyone. Thanks Derek!!

Sarah was already working with a customer waiting for the phone to download. Sarah chose to multitask and help me put a new lens cover on while she was waiting for the other phone to finish. I appreciate the extra effort a bunch thank you.
