Twice Hanna did not show up for my appointments. Once, I asked for some color in my hair to take the gray out and when she "finished," it looked exactly the same as before and she still charged me. Foul language used all the time. Constant gossip (I know, this is typical of hairdressers, but this was above and beyond that). Every conversation I had during my appointments were of the negative fashion; people, places and things that she was tired with or fed up with, it was exhausting. The only reason I continued to go back to her was because she was my neighbor for some time and I wanted to support those around me. When she moved I went elsewhere. Caution to those who try this place out. IMO, not worth the high prices, poor quality, poor professionalism and downright meanness of Hanna.

I booked a spur of the minute appointment based upon the 5 star reviews. I wanted a cut and a color. I was the 1st appointment of the day and the stylist was late by about 15 minutes. I am someone who, when I go to get my hair cut, I like to just sit and relax and not talk a whole lot because I want to enjoy someone else working with my hair. The stylist talked nonstop and mostly about herself. I couldn't get a word in edgewise if I had wanted to. Foul language. I am in the customer service industry and neither of those things are what you do in that industry. My hair was a little past my shoulders and when she went to cut it, she did not check with me on the length that I wanted to shorten it to, she just started cutting. My hair is shorter than I wanted and I am not happy with the little bit of highlights that she put in - I would have liked a lot more! The only reason I am giving this two stars and not one is because she did take the time at the end to layer my hair somewhat, even though she had two other clients waiting. I will be going elsewhere now to fix what I paid $120 to have done.

HANNAH WAS FREAKIN FANTASTIC!!! I REALLY WISH I COULD SEE HER REGULARLY, A LITTLE HARD WITH ME IN TUCSON AND HER PLACE IN IA, SERIOUSLY THO, THIS GIRL WAS AWESOME!!!! SHE GOT ME IN, KNEW EXACTLY WHAT PRODUCTS TO USE ON MY HAIR AND MADE IT LOOK SPOT ON PERFECT, JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT! I'VE BEEN GOING TO THE SAME HAIR PERSON FOR ALMOST 35 YEARS AND I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY CHANGE THAT IF I HAD ACCESS TO HANNAH NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT SHE HAD ME CRACKING UP THE ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS DOING MY HAIR! THIS GIRL REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF AND SHE'S FREAKIN ADORABLE AND HILARIOUS ON TOP OF ALL THAT!!!! 5 STAR RATING ALL DAY LONG!!! THANKS SO MUCH HANNAH, YOU ROCK SISTA!
