This was worth the stop: the broom and basket store had an interesting selection of locally made items: some of them kitschy, some practical, some elegant.

Beautiful baskets for sale. It looked like there are some times when basket making is demonstrated, though that was not happening on our visit. There are bathrooms here.

Lots of impressive craftsmanship in this shop. You can walk right up and see how brooms are made. Our son left a small toy behind during our visit and one of the employees went well above and beyond by making arrangements to mail it to our house.

Seems small outside but inside are lots of amazing handmade baskets, brooms and more! These are labor-intensive works of art crafted by their own hands. Bless them!!
