My work car/company vehicle randomly started acting up right outside of Solon. Auto Medic was the first place I called. Took me right in, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts needed, and had me back on the road in less than two hours. The vehicle is my livelihood, you have no idea how much I appreciated the prompt no BS service!

Truck had a slow leak tire on camping trip sounds simple enough but all the shops in town we're so backed up they wanted me to leave the truck there till the next day which I really couldn't do auto medic was backed up too but they got me in within 20 minutes just to help me out seem like a really standup place I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Nice that someone would help a tourist without sticking it to them. I give 10 stars if I could.

Tony and Trevor are awesome to work with. They are very knowledgeable and have always treated me and my family well. Their prices are fair and they get us into their schedule quickly. It's great to have a team to trust my car with!

These guys are awesome. Knowledgeable friendly accommodating whenever possible. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust to not try and upsell you. They'll do what needs to be done at a fair price and get the job done right the first time.
