We live 1.5 hrs away but I'd certainly make the drive again. We bought a new family car today and the dealership experience was honestly the best my wife and I can recall, ever. Zero complaints. The biggest things I've dealt with at other places in recent years are pushiness and the process taking hours on end. These guys were none of that and had their "stuff together". We were amazed at how timely it all took and would've been out the door even sooner, but I was enjoying chatting so much. They were very efficient, easy to talk to, and even made the experience very fun for our two 7 yo boys tagging along. They even fed us catered lunch after, to boot!

I had a pleasant car-buying experience at Woodhouse Chrysler of Sioux City. After showing online interest in a Jeep Compass, Salesman Alfredo “Freddy” Campos began communicating with me via texts/emails before scheduling a test drive. Jason did an awesome job working his magic to find the perfect financing to suit my budget, while Rick addressed the various add-ons to protect my investment! They went above \\u0026 beyond by staying past business hours; even Freddy came in on his day off! He is a real asset for Woodhouse! Every employee was friendly, knowledgeable, \\u0026 friendly, exceeding my expectations, even Dante who delivered paperwork! I highly recommend Woodhouse of Sioux City, not only for the quality vehicles but their stellar employees!

Went in for an oil change on my Dodge and the staff was friendly and the service was fast. The waiting room was clean with snacks and drinks on hand if you required a little something to get you by while waiting.
