This dealership is top tier in customer service. They are extremely friendly and inviting the second you arrive (not pushy or annoying). Riggins greeted me when I arrived, assessed my needs and helped me find what I was looking for. By far the friendliest and most professional staff I’ve ever seen in a dealership. From sales, to service, to parts, everyone is phenomenal here!

Took my car in on 12-29-23 for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall for some update to the computer system for the rear camera. Well needless to say, the recall “update” uncovered a new problem now. Now when backing, on the odometer it says “rear braking assist unavailable, service”. It sure didn’t say that before we brought the vehicle in for the recall! And this is not the first time we’ve had problems after we brought this vehicle in for recalls or software updates. Another time we brought the Jeep in for software updates and after picking the vehicle up, the radio and whole center console was not working. Again it all worked before hand. Needless to say that time we had to leave the car at the dealership for a week so they could do a complete factory reset on a vehicle that was only a year old at that time. This is not necessarily the dealership’s fault, I would say more of a Chrysler problem. But the dealership should be going through the vehicle completely before calling a customer back to say their vehicle is “done” and ready for pick up. I would not recommend a newer Jeep to anyone and we cannot wait for our lease to end so we can turn this computer driven car back in. It’s pretty pathetic that a consumer spends $57K on a brand new vehicle and said brand new vehicle has so many computer problems in the 2 1/2 years of the vehicle being out of production.

enjoyed the experience very must. I actually had fun while selecting the vehicle I chose to purchase. Absolutely no pressure was involved in the purchase of the vehicle and all the associates involved with my purchase were polite, courteous, and friendly. i would recommend Wood House to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Freddy Campos my dealership representative, always makes sure to answer any and all questions I have. He is knowledgeable at what he does & makes sure you are taken care of. I greatly appreciate the work they do for their customer!

Replacement parts are hilariously expensive as opposed to ordering on your own. $100+ just to have the car looked at! And let's not forget the time they "fixed" a warranty issue just for me to drive it off the lot and find the car wouldn't even stay on. But it was apparently a coincidence - wink! THEN they couldn't find my warranty paperwork which would have made the fix free. Classic.

We were over 1600 miles from home, and our fuel filters' decided they needed to be replaced. We keep strict maintenance records, and we should have had another 1000 miles or so left...but, the message came up, and we needed to get home. These guys at the speed lane oil change are the best! They got us in, we had an oil change, fuel filters done, and a cup of coffee. They are polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Quality service and very reasonable on the pricing! We HIGHLY recommend them!

Excellent experience at Sioux City Woodhouse CDJR express lube and wash. Everyone was very professional and friendly, I even received a courtesy ride to eat breakfast while my truck was serviced. I appreciated the courtesy call to update me on the truck's status and they were very timely. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Woodhouse since 2007 and we've had nothing but positive experiences across the board.

The wife and I had Adam as our sales Associate. Friendly and knowledgeable. The other sales reps were friendly and they all had a sense of humor but they also didn't try to do the hard sells either. They were all easy to talk too and ask questions about the jeep that we eventually bought. If you have a question about something just ask. It was either answered right then or they went to find out the info. Jason is the guy who you talk to about financing if that is what you need to do. Knowledgeable and willing to listen and try to work with you instead of shoving you into something you don't want. They are all acted professionally. I would recommend them. If you want a Jeep, Dodge or see something on their lot go check it out. someone will come out and check if you need help or need a question answered.

For any of your service needs, speak to Marty in service. He is the most Knowledgeable, Professional, Fair and Honest person I have ever dealt with when it comes to the Service Department of any dealership. My 2008 Dodge van had A/C issues and Marty got it fixed right the first time. The A/C has never blown colder air since I have owned it. Woodhouse of Sioux City is lucky to have Marty as an employee.

Pretty sure my car was scratched while it was getting serviced today. Its a pretty noticeable scratch that I know i would have noticed if it was before i took it there.

Adam and Reagin are absolutely amazing! I have purchased many cars over my time, these two have to be the FIRST that respected my requirements. There was no pressure at all! They didn’t try and get me into a vehicle that I couldn’t afford or offer me extra warranties. That goes a long ways. Thank you be outstanding salesman! I wish there more like you out there!

Was on toad trip and my sway bar bolt came off. Far from home, i reached out to these folks and everyone was super supportive and told me to bring in vehicle and they will figure it out for me and they did in record time. I was so impressed with their kindness and willingness to resolve my issue. There is nothing better than a Yes person. They are a yes we can dealership. Great customer service!
