So here's my honest review. Went to the brach today to make a cash deposit for my husband's account, and they didn't let me!!! They said they gave a policy. I don't care what everyone says. CHASE is the best bank. Who are they to not let anyone make a cash deposit??? They should allow anyone to make a depositing as long as they have an ID.

I purchased a home in 2021 that was going to be foreclosed on. I went through the process to buy the home before foreclose. Wells Fargo sent a company called standing lights to "secure the property" this company stole tools and items from the home that I was using to fix things before finalizing. They also damaged the front door by removing the one that had no issues and ripping out a piece of the floor exposing the crawl space. I contacted corporate office to get some help for damages done to the home. Corporate office said they did not send anyone which was a lie, the company standing lights had left stickers on the window explaining who they were and that Wells Fargo had sent them. I went back and forth with them to only get the run around. I was never compensated for damages done to my home by this company I closed my account shortly later and chose to use a more reliable bank. Consumer beware.

I am leaving this review in regards to your after hours customer service rep MARISSA, we called to cancel my dad’s lost debit card, he is Spanish and English speaking and has a thick accent, she spoke to him so unprofessionally, talked loud and slow to him, kept saying very loudly “can you understand me” , I told her, yes, he is speaking to you and you keep ignoring him, she said “well I can’t understand a damn thing he is saying.” How rude of you to treat your customers this way.

I've only used the drive-thru at this branch. They're usually not busy at all and they have their lanes marked for what you need to accomplish. The tellers are very nice and they don't get snippy at all. I drive a little more out of the way to go use this branch. The Wells Fargo downtown is a mess and the one out by the mall is slow. Haven't used the one near Morningside Ave. before.
