Stopped in to look into getting a new phone. We looked around at the available phone options and settled on one, talked to someone after about a 20 minute wait, and they started the $29 set up. It was going to take a while to transfer all the apps on the old phone to the new so we left to get some lunch. When we came back everyone was busy and so had to wait again. They handed us a bag with the "newly set up phone." Got to the car and looked at the phone but could not really see anything on the phone. Display was set so dim that I had to find a dark place to make the needed setting changes. None of the apps were operational. Went home to connect to wifi hoping that would help install everything. That was when trying to log in to various apps they were not really set up.When I went through this 3 or so years ago I went to a different Verizon store and they really took care of everything. I was amazed at how seamless the process was. They got everything set so all my saved usernames and passwords worked.This time around I am in amazement with how frustrating it is getting a new phone. I think next time I will make sure to get to that store that took care of everything or just go online.

On Hamilton you can't buy a phone outright, must finance at least some of it. That's the craziest thing I've ever heard

After the long wait, Alex was very helpful and quickly took care of my issue. My original complaint was directed at the corporate issue of insufficient staffing.

Closed at 6:20pm. Drove for nothing when I needed their help. Make sure employees want to work before you hire them.

I put in a Curbside Pickup order. Said it would be ready to pick up in 2 hours. I went to the store 3 1/2 hours later and was told they didn't even have the phone. They should have cancelled my order right away instead of wasting my time and gas! Verizon just keeps getting worse!

This was a pleasant experience. I have a different carrier and this visit wasn't for me but Sylvia, Judas and Kristen (I apologize if I spelled those wrong) made me feel welcomed and valued. Keep doing your thing.

Terrible service. Terrible company policy. Sit and order a phone over the phone when they make you sit and talk with them for over 2.5 hours to do a 20 minute order and then they cancel the order within 3 days (not even work week business days) without saying anything and they don’t tell you that it is company policy up front until you go to the store on the 2nd(business) day to pick up said phone. Haha lol incredible customer service

Worse experience ever.. The girl had only been there about 4 or 5 months and her customer service skills suck. I was with my mom she was basically calling me a lier, and pretty much insulted my mom when she asked her if I was her son. We look alot alike too. Never going back to this location again. EVER! To the heavy set girl, get a new job. Next time let a person explain what happen instead of trying to be a snobby know it all cutting me off and repeating the same thing you said over and over again. Smh

Received a Verizon bill in the mail last week. Looks like I opened an account and purchased 3 IPhones and 2 Ipads at this store. Strange, I have never been to Sioux City. Almost $5000.00 in product purchased fraudulently. I was told by the Verizon representative that the wrong date of birth was used and it flagged as possible fraud but it still went through. It took hours and hours of my time to get this taken care with Verizon, the police, credit companies and federal fraud reporting. Looks like an inside job to me.
