Useless workers,they wanted me to pay my bill first before transfering my number to a new phone i purchased.i when home and called verizon customer and explain what was happening and even them selfs said that was unproffecional and the lady on the phone help me transfer my esim to my new phone in minutes.

This place is awful. Every single time I am there I have issues with something. They have repeatedly given me "deals" that don't work with plans I have, etc. This requires multiple trips back and countless phone calls to straighten out. Today I ordered a phone for pickup. I got there an hour and 45 minutes before close. There was one worker and one other customer in the store. They took my phone number and I sat there for 45 minutes until they told me they wouldn't help me today. I told them I just needed them to get my order from the back. Like two minutes tops. They said I had to come back. The majority of the 45 minutes I was there they were sitting there while the content from the other person's phone transfered to the new phone. Literally sitting there doing nothing. This place is the absolute worst. They employ shady sales practices and offer very little in customer service. Avoid this location like the plague.

They do not have correct knowledge of plans or promos changed me to plan supposedly to save money & qaulify for promo but still no promo & also lost a bunch of features such as hot spot.

Isaiah gave us the ultimate customer experience. He helped us upgrade my 83 year old fathers phone. He made sure dad had a clear understanding of his bill as well as reassuring my father that he made a great choice in a phone.I do not live in town but i know Dad will be well taken care of if he needs assistance in the future.
