Used to be my favorite place until I took my year old vacuum for cleaning and they sent me home with an older one. At pickup I said this isn't my vacuum and they said it was. My daughters and lady who cleans all commented it was a different vacuum before I even mentioned it. I have tried visiting with them over the phone and I get nowhere.

This is an incredible shop ~ I spoke with Chuck, who answered all my questions! If you need a vacuum cleaner, this IS the place to go. Friendly, knowledgeable & reasably priced ~ they also do repairs on vacuums! Highly Recommended!

We have been going to Vac Shack for years. When my old vacuum died and I went to Vac Shack to see if they could resurrect it. Pat was so helpful and gave me honest options about fixing vs. buying something new. It was helpful for me to hear about the workings of various vacuums. Now I have a whole house Vac that I purchased from him. He sells me parts when they wear out and keeps supplies for my old push vacuum. I am thankful for Vac Shack and Pat. He has a good heart.

Brought my canister vacuum in, of which I had taken the top off of to see if there were any wires or anything loose. Whenever I go to this place, they always try to sell me another vacuum, telling me how no one really likes canisters and this time was no exception. After declining again to buy a new vacuum, the guy told me how really mad "Pat" was going to be when he saw that I had taken the top off of my vacuum and wanted service. Would they work on it though? "Yes, but Pat is going to be mad because he just never knows what he's getting into when people have torn into their vacuums like this." I was already walking out the door with my vacuum. Called a place in Council Bluffs, explained my situation, they said , "sure, bring it down, we'll fix it for you."
