Sucks!!! Delivery is late to our business . They tried to deliver a package at 8pm when we are closed. Supposed to deliver next day but it wasn’t with today’s mail. Someone brilliant at the post office decided to change the routes so now business mail is late every day😡😡😡. Worst service ever!!!

Super rude, condescending, and impatient with people. If you are able to, go to the North Sioux branch instead, especially if you need to get a passport. We had a much better experience at that location.

Extremely frustrating people. They dont try to knock when they deliver, but they’ll write up a note about how they missed me. So Ill go pick up my mail, but its nowhere to be found. I cant pickup or have my mail delivered. 🤔
