I’ve been going to US Nails for about 10yrs and today was my last time. I got the guy in the front row, chair 2 and like everyone else, he’s just awful. The times I’ve had him before he couldn’t do almond shape, he’s started some bizarre and borderline inappropriate conversations, and the polish is all over the place. Today he cut me three times and had to redo some of my nails because he messed something up. But I can’t get away from him. Every time I go in, I end up with him. So I’m done. I still have two stars because everyone else there is great, it’s just this one guy in the front row.

Amazing service with really awesome / kind staff. I got a dip manicure and pedicure - both were perfect. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to US nails for 5 years and have never had any issues until they hired a new guy. He sits in the front row, do NOT let him do your nails. He ruined my shape, did a sloppy job on my design, and his excuse was “sorry I’m not an artist.”
Besides that, US nails did take care of me and had someone else fix my nails as good as they could.

Not great service takes forever to get in when they say they’re gonna get you in. I was waiting for a half an hour if not more And I didn’t even get in so we left

I love U.S. Nails!!! My first time ever got a manicure and the Stylist (Lee) asked if I want a pedicure. I said no I have ugly toes and they are crooked. said she can make them look straight and beautiful...when I stood up and looked down at my toes I nearly cried my toes were straight and beautiful. Simply Magical! 😊 Thank you!!! This was when U.S. Nails first opened...I have been going here every since. It don't matter who does my French manicure and pedicure They are all Expert Stylist.Thank you U.S. Nails!!! Love you all!!! ❤️ Kimberly

Lost my whole toenail there. Will never, I repeat never go there again. When they say my bleed they just kept going. There was blood in the foot thing. Never will go there again

Called to make appointment and still waited 20 mins. Rushed to get job done and cut my nails bad. Manager continued to allow people to come in even at full capacity

Chair number 2 is really aggressive and filed my skin multiple times. I have never had an issue with this nail salon, and my nails have always turned out great but now I have a crooked nail and cuts on my hands. She was really really aggressive and got mad when I try to ask her to straighten out my nail, and it was just really rude, I will continue going back again But never again for that chair.

Lady who did my nails was so rushed I barely enjoyed my pedicure and she didn’t pay close attention to my nails when she was doing dip. The inside of my nails are full of hardened dip. Made me take off my own fingernail polish while I was getting my pedicure. Got very upset with me when I told her I wanted my nails trimmed down because I originally wanted them filed- this was before any paint was put on. Also kept pushing/moving my hands and getting annoyed because I wasn’t holding them right apparently. Will never be going back

There’s hair in my nails and they made me bleed. I no no wann go back. My friends nails were litterly lopsided and mine were too. I won’t be going back. Btw customer service? so rude for what?

The lady I had was extremely rude to me. I paid 65$ for these acrylics and had showed them to another worker after and she was not pleasant to talk to either. I did not have a good experience.

I went in to get my nails done and she messed up. I asked her to fix it and she demanded she cut the nails off and refund me. When she did, she cut them so deep she cut me and made me bleed. When I said something she said "Yeah I cut you. I was angry." That gives her no right to sabotage my nails and hurt me. I will never go here again. You shouldn't either.

Everyone is so friendly and takes their time on your nails by making sure you leave happy. The hand massage at the end feels like heaven! I love this place — highly recommend!
