I went to this first location to a get a printout of statement for my earnest money on house om purchasing. Im busy dont realize the statement he gave has no identifying information that its our account. No name, no address. So i stop at a SECOND US Bank to get information and the clerk wanted to charge to get the information the first bank didnt provide that why i am at this second location. I was tired and frustrated. The customer service days sucked abysmal, but they did email me at second location to tell me i had dropped my ID. Everything today SUCKED. Ill be moving my account.

Went through drive through Monday was told to call to open a new account. Called, received a call at 4pm from the banker that said she was going on vacation so she couldn’t get the account opened that day but would have another banker call the next day to do it. It’s now Thursday and still haven’t received a call from a banker to open a new account.

This bank is downright horrible. Their banking policies are the worst, Idk if it's because of this pandemic or what...but i DO NOT RECOMMEND. i used my debit card in their atm. Which was in working order, card went in..atm malfunctioned.. Went out of order and didn't give my card back. Called an 800 number. They told me to call my bank (prepaid debit card) to get a new one. I told them no, I wanted it now. They asked my location and once he knew I was at an actual bank he suggested I wait for them to open. So I did... Pandemic hours are 930am at the location I was at. It was 640 in the morning. I called late to work (had to be there at 8) waited til 930. I of course couldn't go in the bank, so I called the local number. Lady told me since its not a us bank debit card the atm machine SHREDS THEM! Why on earth, would the idiot on the phone at 7am not tell me that instead of making me wait 2 hours!?!? Makes sense - right? Noooo!!!! Pandemic aside idk how they are without all this stuff going on but I still most definitely wouldn't recommend.

This bank does not know how to communicate. My card kept getting declined with plenty of money and nobody answers the phone.

best US bank in town. The other US bank workers give you attitude (the older ladies anyways) find yourself a young one to talk to if you have issues they're more chill. Lol

I love my bank they helped me get a fresh start on my life after having cancer I set up an account with them and now few months down the road I bought a new car and now I have a daughter on the way and now I'm getting a house so again thanks for every thing

Friendly service. Opened up my checking and savings accounts, received my PIN and my debit card. Didn't get a chance to activate my debit card and lost it on a trip to Texas. Called this branch (my home branch) to order a new one. A month and a half later, I call to see what is taking so long and they said they have no record of me ever placing an order. Not very satisfied, but I realize a person can just be unlucky; that's the only reason I gave a 1 instead of a 0.
