Applied for a home loan, most shallow, unfriendly experience ever!! Not only was it far from a personable experience, but I was completely uncomfortable and simply felt far from good enough. Here, I thought locally would provide me with the best experience, or at least a more personal friendly one. Unfortunately, I can't even say thanks for the clear communication and all my options for my family's future.

I was a walk in and customer relations was able to fit me in, I was super appreciative for that. I loved the overview of the app with her, and she got me set up super fast. The best part was my bank teller who was taking my deposit talked Disney with me, that was the best. Not to mention counting at record breaking speed lol.

Horrible customer services. Although I live close to this one, I always go downtown unless it's the weekend. I avoid this particular branch due to their Horrible customer services.

Back in August I had a merchant charge me $727 on my card and it should've been 127 and I called US BaNK right away to have them fix it this was clearly a mistake on the merchants Park I just received a phone call from US BaNK and they told me that my time has passed that they cannot give me my money back because the merchant did not call them in a timely manner. I have been trying since August to get my money back needless to say they pulled $727 out of my account on December 22 right before Christmas. I am done with US BaNK I would never recommend anyone opening an account there they are not for the people. I had a supervisor call me and tell me there's nothing they can do I do not believe that she told me I needed to hire an attorney. Shame on you US BaNK I have been loyal customer with you guys for 25 years. I will take my money somewhere else

I’ve been with US Bank for almost 9yrs! Even if I’m second in line for the drive through, goodness they TAKE FOREVER! Ridiculously slow tellers! I hate the US Bank on Hamilton but I still use it because it’s close to my home. Preferably I like the one downtown. They are speedy even with 15 cars in line!

Zero stars is better and more accurate! Terrible customer service will not help customers when they are trying to balance their own account overseas! Bank elsewhere!

They put their 7 dollar cashing fees on those cashing their customers checks. They need way to much sensitive info social security numbers? Talk about a joke, I will never deal with them again. If you don't mind have your life exposed to possible fraud that's on you.

Martha is an awesome Bank Teller. So are all the girls there. Super friendly and some of the best customer service around. Love this bank. :)
