absolute worst bank have complex screwed me over by putting a "hold " on a check I get from my employer every week resulting I overdraft fees I can do nothing about because they have the money to prevent the overdraft fees but they're holding on for some reason.all you get when you call or go in is the run around DO NOT BANK HERE!!!

I’m not sure they know there’s a pandemic happening, I’m so tempted to take all my money out and help aid the recession. Anyhoo, they (all of us bank really) did less than the bare minimum in assisting me to pay my landlord.

Horrible customer service. Nearly impossible to get their private banking manager on the line. I've been wanting to switch banks since this new guy was hired. He has made everything about banking at US Bank more difficult and frustrating. I am in the process of closing out my account and switching banks after over 10 years.

Came to this location because the atm in morningside is not easily accessible beings that it's in the same lane as the drive up window. This locations parking is horrible unless you have a compact car and there's no drive up atm. I've only had this bank for a month but thinking of switching.

Stay away from this Bank. They have no idea what customer service is.After applying for a home equity loan and jumping through many hoops they denied me over a small issue with my house that I had rectified but it still wasn't good enough. During this loan process they required me to pay my house insurance and taxes up till the end of 2019 suggesting I put this cost on my credit card and we would pay it off when the loan was approved. Thinking the loan would probably be approved so you go ahead and do that. Then after you spent this money they decided to have an appraiser come through. I can understand that but it was a small loan got home equity loans before and they always did a drive-by appraisal. A small amount of mold was found on a sheetrock wall in the basement.They said they would not approve the loan till the mold was gone. My son got the mold all out of there. Informed usbank and they said the whole wall has to be replaced. The issue was the mold which is gone completely. This was the most stringent process I have ever been through for a loan Time consuming frustrating and made me realize that u.s. bank doesn't that care about their customers just the bottom line. Why wouldn't they have me pay my premiums and taxes to the end of the year after everything else was done so I wasn't short of that money. I would give them minus 0 Stars if I could. Bad experience.

Went to get a signature guarantee stamp for Hennessy Fund paperwork(I have come of age and need to change the primary over to me instead of my mom) as US Bank is the institution that manages the account funds for Hennessy Funds. The teller went and verified someone was there that could stamp my documents then asked if I have an account there. I do not, but the Hennessy Fund acts as an account of sorts because US Bank manages the accounts for Hennessy Funds. I was told they could not help me. I asked again, and the teller said she was talking to her branch manager(messaging them on something) and they said they couldn't do it.

They didn't put an out of order sign on their ATM. They knew it was broke. They had already called their technician to come fix it. So when I put my card in, it ate my card and they wouldn't give it back to me because it wasn't signed on the back. When it got stuck I should have taken it out myself. I should not have cared if it hurt their machine (as I could still see my card). Guess my children don't need food for 5 to 7 business days. Glad I don't bank there (was a US Bank ReliaCard). The tellers are always rude when I go in.

Terrible customer service! Refused to speak with a customer on the phone to have her verify information to get her own balance!!! Best advice STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Hamilton branch wouldn't cash nsf check of their customer unless my business opened a business account. I was told there was enough in account to cover check. Business account requires $100 deposit. Called main branch in Sioux City and a recording instructed to call 1-800 number
