Every single package that I’ve had that was supposed to be delivered by ups has always been marked as a missed delivery and they won’t even leave the package outside if I sign the back of the delivery notice. I live in a locked apartment building and delivery drivers are supposed buzz in via our intercom but not once has one of the drivers done that. I’m getting real sick and tired of never getting my packages because your drivers don’t know how to walk up to a door and leave the package or buzz in.

My mom had 8 Amazon returns and the customer service was excellent. She was jovial and helped me process each one. I appreciated that she happily helped me, when one would expect the opposite with so many returns. I will make sure to use this location for our shipping needs. Other locations are no where near as great as this one

Whoever dealt with a package that my husband was trying to get to me failed to let him know we’d be slammed with an $800 import fee. Train your employees better and that person should be fired. 🤷🏻♀️

Normally customer service there is pretty good whenever I brought a package in they've taken it with a smile and whenever I've had to pick one up they've had it ready for me but I do have a mailbox rented there and was very disturbed to find out I was waiting for a very important letter and I went in on Saturday about 4:30 and was told well we're not going to get mail sorted today it'll be out tomorrow so I called on Sunday and talk to someone to see if they had sorted yet and was told we probably won't get to that until Monday or Tuesday now and then I find out they haven't even sorted Thursday or Friday's mail either as I'm waiting for a very very important letter that's coming in with my title in it so I can trade my car it's probably sitting in one of their bins waiting to be sorted out. Now I pay a lot of money to rent that box and would expect my mail to be sorted and put in it daily not once or twice a week. Once again had I not found this out it would have been a five-star rating but knowing this now it's gone down to three. If they don't want to sort the mail they shouldn't rent the mailboxes and we should get our mail the day it comes in there not 2 or 3 days later.

The old geezer in there was so rude to everybody that brought a package to him. I have never had anybody treat people so poorly. Wished I would have had said sorry you're having such a rough day mister I'll pray for you
