As I read down the reviews I'm reminded of my personal experiences with UPS and the fact that so many of us have the same issues: logically, the problem is the common denominator - UPS. My mother is an Amazon prime member and for Christmas she ordered me a pair of Air Force ones from 2007 white light blue beautiful space jam edition Nike airForceOnes ($250+). I got notified by SMS it was out for delivery, had delivery options set through the Amazon order and thru my personal UPS account to deliver all packages to back porch (just as <my mailbox is on the handrail leading up three steps to the front door which doesn't open it's broken>it says on the front door 'please leave all packages at rear for safety, front door not operational Ty'). That was at 11am I waited and waited and waited anxiously and excitedly until 3pm. When I got an SMS saying package delivered. I rushed out back and nothing..... Walked around the whole house and nothing. Looked online and it said it was delivered at 120pm...hmm weird I didn't get a text until 3pm, but okay I look at the picture...wow what a joke, it showed a package on cement steps with grass in the background no house or door or nothing. I had to get a replacement from Amazon and made sure not to go through UPS , I'm 99% sure the driver stole it, my neighbor across the street let me look at the doorbell cam footage and the driver stopped for 8 minutes and it blocked the view of the front porch and what he was doing so the footage was useless. Anyway I wish I had a high paying secure job like these UPS drivers do but because I'm a felon I can't yet they hire all these people who are 'unreliable' at best and 'opportunists' to be nice instead of liars and thieves. I wouldn't recommend UPS to my enemy.

Truck stops outside my window. Leaves not even getting out. Notified delivery attempted. I call, they call him tell him redeliver. Later he drives by not stopping and smirking. I call, manager says he's already back. And it's going to access point. I'm disabled and don't drive. She seems could care less. Why aren't they fired? What can brown do for me? Their god damned jobs! Canceled amazon prime and made sure they know why. And will get hold of better business bureau next. Asshat. Ok 3 days later. Had delivery on truck for delivery. Guy pulls up then drive off. Says couldn't access building or something door was wide open. He just don't do his job. He isn't delivery driver. He is package chauffeur just drives them around. Hire drivers that will deliver as well....

I live out on a country road. If there is even a little bit of snow they won’t deliver. My little car can make it fine down the road but I have to wait a week extra for a package that should have been delivered already.

driver was too lazy to walk out of the van and deliver the package to mailbox when vehicle is in the area of a mailbox. still easily accessible. other then that good service.

The worse people in the world must of gathered all together to work at UPS on Terminal Street Sioux City Iowa. They weren't helpful at all and tried threatening me with sending my package back. They all need to be fired.

I left a note on the door to please put package on porch and it was left on the ground right by the door to the porch. I just don’t want my stuff ripped off sitting outside and all they had to do was open the door and set it inside. ?

A seasonal driver has been delivering lately. She has a habit of turning around in my yard. I spoke to her about it today as she did it again. I got an attitude and a complaint about weather… even though she’s done it on clear days. Ring cameras are great, btw.I called and spoke to someone in India on your customer service line for the second time about this. I have no faith it will be heard or fixed.Our regular driver is great. Get him back on my route.
