Crimson did an amazing job helping my daughter and I decide on every step of our makeup routine. She was very knowledgeable about products, did a great job color matching my foundation and even asked some of her fellow employees for primer suggestions for my oily/combination skin.

Ulta customer service is awful. I went thru 4 different ways to correct an item. They were unhelpful and refused to correct it I tried everything I could to check out my order last night. But due to their issues on their end, things weren't corrected until today. Therefore one of the most expensive items on my list with no longer on sale it ended last night. No help whatsoever. Very disappointed. The in-store employees are amazing though. Just want to add that part. The images are from the chat supposedly with a human being. I have my doubts now.

I have been going to Iraima for any type of styling for my daughters and myself for about a year since having a really bad experience with another prestigious salon in town. I really enjoy my time and leave always pleased and satisfied with any service. She is one of the best along with Joanna & Jennifer. They are all great people and very knowledgeable when it comes to their products or any product in the store. If they do not know they make sure to find an answer and lead me in the right direction. I feel very welcome every time. Thank you ?
