“Location is not a truck rental dealership. It is a convenience store that has a deal with U-haul as a pick and drop off point for moving trucks. No trailers or any other equipment, just moving trucks. It is not even guaranteed it has a truck because unless a truck is dropped off there by someone they don't keep extras on hand. This location is a CONVENIENCE STORE.”

“Wonderful and understanding management. U-haul charged me for an extra day, extra miles, and incorrect fuel levels.
The floods in NW Iowa effected our miles and extra day. We were re-routed through Nebraska. The fuel i was going to let slide, but she refunded everything, no questions asked.
