Great place to go. Wish I could remember the salesman's name, but very helpful and professional. He took the time to actually measure my feet, didn't realize I've went up another 1/2 to full size. Then took the time to explain how some of the shoes are made and how they help. I'm walking better and more comfortable now, Thanks!

Ben Wadle was really helpful when I went to this store on 8/5/23. He helped me find the exact shoe I was looking for (Hoka). Plus the Aetrex memory foam inserts are perfect for my shoes. I bought an extra pair for another pair of shoes I already owned.

Eric helped me out today when I was looking to get some new shoes for work. He went above and beyond by recommending different options and bringing out multiple shoes so I could try them on. Customer service was top notch and I’ll definitely be returning.

Adam has made the usually difficult process of shopping for shoes for my extra wide feet easy and painless. The store manager and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! My family and I will continue to get our shoes here.Ps: If you all had an account with White's Boots, my coworkers and I will bring in quite a bit of revenue(at least two pairs per person).

Went in today to look for some shoes for my sister and ended up walking out with slippers & insoles that helped me out so well with my foot pain, don’t know the name of the gentleman that helped me out but he was very knowledgeable and super friendly, so thank you for that!

Great experience every time Adam always asks about what he can do for us me and my husband for shoes he always asks about feet problems he has alot of experience and knowledge of what shoes work best for each individual thanks again Adam we will keep returning for my years also the store is always nice and clean happy customers always return.

I have had the best service twice now. The gentleman that helped me answered all my questions. He was very polite and I felt like he wasn't just trying to sell me a pair of shoe's, but he listened to my concerns about my feet & he had so much knowledge. The staff were all busy helping customer's and the store was very clean. I will continue to buy my Hokas from this store.

Went to shop for shoes and I told the store manager(Adam) I was just looking.. he kept continuing to ask me what brings me into the store. He forcefully sat me down and brought out like 5 different shoes I didn’t even like… this seems like a pushy salesman in my opinion, like relax dude you sell shoes, not houses Or a car. Very pushy manager
