What can I say... everyone here is great!! Kelly in the service appointment center was AMAZING and so helpful when I called last minute to bring my 4runner in. Piece of mind as I travel cross country. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding of my concerns and overall great. My service advisor, Hunter, he was great as well. Smile on his face, tentative and kind. Very helpful. The waiting area is clean and well put together from fresh coffee and donuts to popcorn, healthy snacks... and some Halloween candy for that sweet tooth!! Wifi as well! If you are ever in the Sioux City, IA area with your Toyota or just in need of a great dealership.... Stop in. Thank you!!

We have purchased 5 Toyota's from Rick Collins. We have never been disappointed. The salesman we always use is Luis Mora. Luis is a personable man and has always taken our best interests to heart. We have always got the deal we were going after. As a matter of fact, Luis reaches out to us from time to time to see how we're doing. Billy in finance is good to work with as well. Matt Collins has been always there for us when we needed him. Today, we worked with Yanni and he demonstrated the good customer service that we have been used to. We feel appreciated as customers by the team at Rick Collins Toyota.

They over charge and offer services that don't fix the vehicle. Their technicians are amateurs who don't know what they're doing. Huge ripoff stay away!

No walk-in appointments so you'll have to call a head. Also, scheduling an appointment online doesn't work either because someone just has to call you to set it up officially. The times online aren't accurate for what's actually available. Unfortunately, their first available appointment wasn't for 9 days so I couldn't get my Toyota serviced at all and had to go to another place in town. So availability wasn't the best but the service might be okay, wouldn't know.
