I had a great experience in August 2022. The store was being renovated so there was a pop-up trailer with excellent air conditioning and 3-4 service experts, including a Spanish-speaking professional. Cole Jendrzejak was WONDERFUL, they spent at least 40 minutes with me one-on-one resolving my problem. I needed a screen protector for an older model and they reached out to two supervisors to find me the best fit and get it covered under the protection plan. If people like Cole are the ones helping me every time, I'll never leave T-Mobile!

Cole (Nicole) at the pop up T mobile store on Gordon Dr. In Sioux City, went ABOVE & beyond for me yesterday to give me the best customer service I’ve ever had with this company. 4 hours she spent with me & worked around any issues we had to get me a phone (ie. forgotten passwords, and roadblocks) would 1000% recommend her to anyone, & already have. Thank you again, Cole. I really appreciate you and I am so happy with my purchase.

I've been a T-Mobile customers for 20 years. I've been in locations all around the country. This one needs help. Customers service rep could have cared less whether he actually helped me with my problem or not. (He didn't) This guy would be gone in a heartbeat if I saw him work. WorthlessI won't be going back to this location. That is for sure.

This was my first time using this store in Sioux City. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They did not make you feel rushed and answered our questions. This is a nice addition to Sioux City.

Waited 45 minutes only to not really answer my questions. I asked about the free phone and was told you don't qualify unless you add a new line. I went oh ok. Then said I have an old phone Samsung 8 and he walked away from me. Was very disappointed.

Disappointed. Store felt very dated and limited on product. Probably the worst looking T-Mobile store I have visited, and service was lacking. I was not acknowledged at all for the 21 minutes I wasted in there and eventually left. Wont be back to this store.
