Friendly and helpful.
We had a surprise flat tire, took it here to get fixed but realized we needed a new tire. Didn't have much to spend, so they helped find the least expensive.

I brought my vehicle in (has been sitting for 6 months, it would kill randomly and only just got battery in to bring it in) told them about this problem. They looked and fixed what they said was wrong. Here's the kicker, they told me that a spring in my suspension broke, and quoted me 2200 for repair. Decided against it, and drove off in the car. Car now makes a VERY loud clunking noice that had NOT been there before. I called and asked why it's doing this.they said it's the broken spring. If the spring was broken, I would have been hearing it long before I brought it in. Brought it to a second mechanic and he said there is definitely foul play when he took a look at it. Will NOT go back, and will DEFINITELY not recommend to anyone.

They gave me the best deals in my tires. My only complaint is when I'm spending 300 plus a tire I should be able to schedule a time and not have to equity wait. Otherwise, guys are really nice.

About a week ago I went there to get my oil changed normally I would say they're excellent I recommend them to anyone this one on Gordon Drive in Sioux City not the one on Hamilton in Sioux City the gentleman at the front desk on Hamilton is not a people person one bit you walk in and he's like a robot and tries to I don't know what you'd call it fraud and more money to get more stuff done like he doesn't really care about the customer his personality stinks but the one on Gordon Drive they're normally very very excellent and normally I would give them a five star all the time but the last time when I went to get my oil changed and a tire fixed they were supposed to check all my fluids and I get home check my windshield washer fluid and it was still completely empty but this doesn't happen very often there they're normally very good customer service and I would recommend them to anyone on Gordon Drive

This place has always had below average customer service, but first come first serve repairs kept me coming back. Unfortunately it isn't worth it when they can't stand behind their service. I took my vehicle there to replace the manifold gasket, then they call and say that there is a misfire in cylinder 2 and that they "diagnosed" it to need new plugs, core, etc. So I agree to spend the additional money for the repairs. My bill exceeded $1,000 when what I originally took it in for was around $300. Well that didn't fix the problem and now they say I have to replace the cylinder head. I asked why their diagnosis missed this and made me spend hundreds on something unnecessary. The response was "that's what usually fixes it." Whay the hell are they charging people to "diagnose" problems when all they are doing is just guessing? Then they basically told me to take it to someone else. IF you have ANY options take your vehicle somewhere else. I have given them the benefit of the doubt several times, but the pattern in undeniable, all they do is fleece their clients. It isn't worth it at all!

They were great as usual they checked my brakes ,replaced my wipers in front and told me I need a new wiper arm in back ,and oil changed
