Internet keeps cutting out. Only have one tv, 2 cell phones and a laptop that is intermittently connected so it’s not overloaded. Not impressed with it at all. I miss having premier communications but they don’t service here.7/24 Sparklight came out and replaced the cable and the internet works fine now. Changed my rating to reflect.

This has been the most slow and unreliable internet I have ever had for the past 9 years - so many service interruptions, constantly dropping connections, etc. Not just that, their customer service is ridiculous and seriously unorganized. Talking to them over the phone has mostly been fine but the person at the actual physical location was incredibly rude. Changing to MetroNet was the best decision I ever made about the internet speed and quality - and being treated with courtesy.

Worst internet service for small towns. Internet has been down for 2 days now will no estimated time for an actual fix. We have received text after text stating “issue has been resolved” just to receive another one 5 minutes later stating “issue is being worked on”. When you call for help or information they say someone can come between 8am-7pm. So they expect people to miss work or sit at home for almost 12 hours and wait. It’s now 6:30 and internet still isn’t working even after a technician was here for 3 hours. Paying for a service and not having internet for 2+ days is absolutely ridiculous and I can’t wait to switch to a new internet provider!

Service down for a day and 1/2 for upgrades. Was supposed to be much shorter. This was about a week ago.Now it's down again. Website says expected back at 6am. That was 3 hours ago. I really dislike paying for non existent servive.

I've been a customer for over 5 years at three different locations in town. Got bumped up to the next highest plan due to data usage but have never got even a third of the 200 mbps my plan allows. I've used the super high quality surf board router supplied by them which is terrible, and a personal with no change. One active device connected and two phones at lock screens and we manage to get 40 mbps! Wooo baby. Slow down that super speed. Will be looking for other options.Hey little update everybody!Still trash.

Paid my bill but was not informed it would take 3 to 5 business days for it to go through and I paid cash. So my bill is paid and i have no service. Don't recommend, plus when service does work it constantly shuts off in the middle of the night.

Having to wait 3 weeks for internet installment is ridiculous. On top of that they show up to wrong address pushing the date further out. When giventhe current address they tell me they don’t have previous promotion agreed to. It’s not sufficient enough me having to miss work to be home for the process on top of that they have to switch all the numbers around. Horrible experience.
