Should be negative infinity stars lmao. 1) Staff are thoroughly incompetent. None know how to do even the most basic things effectively much less medicine. 2) You are REQUIRED to be 15 minutes early or risk penalty...but I'll be Damned if it's not 1-2 hours after your appointment time you are actually seen....IF you're lucky to be seen. 3) This place is excessively and glaringly racist. Unless you are a minority with color you will be treated as garbage...and most of the front area staff don't even know English. Your treatment will be inferior....you will wait longer....you will have requirements minorities need not meet lolFurthermore, they will seek to legally force you to continue with them rather than have you pick a true medical option. They will sabotage your job, home,and more. This place absolutely does zero good for Siouxland and ONLY harms people

Team Payne is the best. They care about ur health so much and the time to sit with u and talk with u more about anymore issues going on with u. And David the receptionist at check in. This guy is the best also. U get to know him and have a smile on ur face. And I guess kindly joke with this man. He jokes right back to u. Pharmacy worker's r the same way u gotta have a smile on ur face. Come over to em with a polite attitude and kindly joke with some of em. Once u get to know em, and they get to know u as a regular. And final dentist office WOW I have NEVER been treated with so rudeness from a dental office at all. That dental office needs all better polite workers and management. Especially one's that r not gonna keep denying us people that walk in constantly asking for dental care. And keep getting denied. But other races don't get denied dental care.

I watched a YouTube video of Amagansett press doing a first Amendment Audit they were against filming. Now they have signs up "no pictures without proper authorization "Sorry one does not need "authorization " to take pictures from a city owned public sidewalk. ? its a first amendment right. There policy doesn't oversee public property only their own :)

While the care I receive from the nurses and doctors is great, it is always a huge struggle every month to get my prescription refilled. This prescription must be approved every month by my doctor before I can get it filled. From switching systems to my care provider working part time it is never an easy process like it should be.

Very horrible place they have a security guard and a guy named brendon that need terminated immediately. They are lucky that my friend they were harassing is not like me.
