This place is great! I had a tailpipe, maybe kind of, rusted and fell off. :( I called Sioux Muffler and got an estimate (that was the actual price) and got an appointment set 2 days out. I’m horrible at names, but the nice lady that runs the front desk was very personable despite being obviously very busy. We had good conversation while my truck was repaired. Dennis is very up front and honest about the process and in my humble opinion is a master at his craft. Edgar (I’m pretty sure that his name) was cool to talk to as well and was very good at what he does. They have a window so you can watch them work their magic. That’s cool because I like “man” stuff like that. Price was amazing! I thought I would cost more. And once again, it was exactly what was estimated over the phone with me just explaining my situation. I got there at 1:15 pm for a 1:30 appointment and was driving off by 2pm. My truck sounds better than ever, but that might be all in my head. 10/10. Go here even if you don’t need a new muffler!

Horrible customer service the 2 times I went there, never again. Rude and arrogant employees (one employee asked for my keys with no eye contact with his palms open impatiently waiting). I don’t mind a cold attitude so long as it’s professional, but the customer service is amateurish at best. Prices are cheaper than other muffler shops I’ve been to and was overall very satisfied with their work, but the place is not pleasant at all.
