The Parts counter was able to get a part that several other local shops and dealers stated did not exist. Specialty ordered at 1630, picked up next day 1130.Very fast, friendly, and professional. If it was not for the distance from my shop, I would use them more often. Still might actually.....

Went there for oil leak got trk in that evening not too bad only one mechanic to work on oil pan gasket and service so had to wait till next afternoon then had ac charged us all cost $3000 and left my truck a complete mess greasy fingerprints everywhere even on my side box no reason to be in there all my stuff thrown around in side box and leaking oil again won’t go back

Fantastic. Parts department. Parts department. On a Saturday afternoon 1350 miles from home, and in a bind. Found one of the most knowledgeable, helpful souls that I have had the good fortune and pleasure of stumbling across in years. Worst experience ever!!I brought my 2017 T680 (with recently new turbo )a couple of check engine lights were on and had reduced power I wanted to clear up codes but the diagnostic was pointing at a harness issue.They put in the harness,ECM, fuel pump ,fuel injectors all 6 of them, fuel lines .....long story shortthey billed me with a count of 140 hours of labor and the worst part was that the truck was exactly the same way as when I brought it in. (Couple of engine lights on and with no power) They did not take any responsibility on the wrong guessing of every part they put in. We spent 40,000 dollars with them and they didn't fix it.We brought it to another shop and they fixed it for under one thousand dollars.I realize that Wentworth guys have no clue what they're doing.

The Sioux City Truck team is the best. None of us like dealing with breakdowns and repair shops, but whenever we have an issue in the Sioux City area, Sioux City Truck and Trailer takes care of us better than any other shop we deal with.
