Stop spraying the vehicles before there inside.. your expecting us to pull forward to your commands but we cannot see them when your spraying the windshield....Pleaseeee fix this!Thanks

Really getting tired of the wash genius only spraying pre-wash/bug desolver on the driver’s side…the bugs seem to indiscriminately splatter all over the front of my truck (from driver’s side to passenger’s side). Getting even more tired of the attitude I get in return to instructing the wash attendant to wash/spray the entire front end [not just the driver’s side]…unless of course, if silverstar wants to reimburse me half of the wash cost…after all, I am paying for the entire truck to be washed, not just half.Service: Car waxing

The last 3 times I've come through, they only pre-spray one side of the car. Seems this is the normal now when only 1 person is working.2 people working today and they still only pre-spray one side of vehicle. I guess this is the normal level of service now.

A 9/11 special for first responders doesn't include veterans and military, I sure know I was overseas on that terrible dsy.Shameful .

Not consistent with service levels , sometimes they spray under the wheel wells, and for bugs other times they do nothing. half the time the staff are more interested to sit back down at the break table

Although it says they are open till 8pm I’ve tried going multiple times around 7pm and it’s closed but someone is sitting in the office portion or the actual carwash, it’s pointless to pay for a membership when it says they are open certain hours only to find staff hiding out inside.
